Bylaw 2423 Bylaw Amendment ­ Columbia Lake The Regional district of East Kootenay (RDEK) Board of Directors is considering an amendment to the Upper Columbia Valley Zoning Bylaw. Bylaw No. 2423 cited as ³Regional District of East Kootenay ­ Upper Columbia Valley Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 1992 ­ Amendment Bylaw No. 278, 2012 (Columbia Lake / RDEK)² will amend the surface water zones for Columbia Lake.
