Columbia Ridge Community Hall

Our Community Hall is available for Columbia Ridge Members. It is a great space for small gatherings, meetings, celebrations, and community events.

Overview:

1,000 sq ft with large room including round tables and chairs, bathroom and kitchen
Max capacity 60 people
Renter is responsible for cleaning and trash removal
Renter is responsible for obtaining Special Events Permit if alcohol will be served or consumed
Renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests follow regulations and code of conduct outlined in rental contract
Use of cannabis consumption/smoking/vaping not permitted on site

Community Hall Member Rates:

2 Hours: $40
Half Day: $75
Full Day: $150
Mandatory Refundable Booking/Damage/Cleaning Deposit for Full Day or Groups 20+: $250

STEP 1: Submit a Booking Application

Please complete and submit the Community Hall Booking Application Form below.

Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by the Community Hall Coordinator and they will get back to you soon.

STEP 2: Special Event Permit

If you are planning to serve or consume alcohol at your event, please note that a Special Event Permit is required. Apply for your license here >>>

A copy of this permit will need to be shown to collect keys for the Community Hall.

STEP 3: Application Review & Confirmation

If your application is accepted, you will be sent a Community Hall Rental Agreement along with payment terms and any additional booking requirements by email.

Your booking will be considered confirmed once the agreement has been completed and payment has been received.

All bookings are subject to approval, availability, and completion of the required agreement and payment process.
