NEW THIS YEAR: Spring Break Day Camp in Cranbrook!

For the first time ever, we are offering a Spring Break Day Camp option for those (aged 6 to 12) unable to make it all the way up to Blue Lake Camp. The Day Camp will run out of Idlewild Park in Cranbrook, BC with day trips to the Western Financial swimming pool or ARQ Mountain Centre. Activities include: -Outdoor Discovery Sessions -Indoor rock climbing -Swimming -Interactive games

Week 1: March 18-March 22, 2019 Week 2: March 25-March 29, 2019

Daily Rate: $55 ~ Weekly Rate: $275 We also offer extended care for a daily rate of $10 to help fit your busy schedule!

KEEPING IT TRADITIONAL: Spring Break at Blue Lake Camp! Join us for our traditional overnight Spring Break Camp at Blue Lake for those aged 6 to 14. Blue Lake Camp is the perfect setting for unique winter programming that is fun, develops lifelong skills, and helps campers see the best in the themselves and others. Activities include: Skating Broom ball Outdoor Discovery Sessions Snowshoeing Low Ropes Course ~ Campfire March 24-March 30, 2019

During this seven-day wilderness adventure, teens aged 14 to 18 will develop outdoor survival skills, leadership, and back country risk management. If your teenager has ever wanted to try winter camping, now is their chance to do so in a safe environment! With the help of our energetic and qualified program facilitators, your teen will learn how to trip plan, navigate, build a shelter, manage risk and much more all while developing their leadership skills. No previous experience necessary, just an enthusiastic attitude and a love for the great outdoors!

At Blue Lake Camp and Columbia Outdoor School, we understand the many positive effects of Vitamin "N"(ature) and work hard to incorporate fun outdoor learning opportunities and games to enhance your child's love of learning.

Spending time in nature can also help reduce levels of stress, ADHD symptoms, disruptive behaviors, and depression & anxiety. Give the gift of time and space to your child so that they can get the much needed break that they deserve with time to be what they are: children or young adults.
