If you get the INVALID SESSION error:
"Invalid session" means that you're clicking the link on one browser and then accessing your email on another.
You need to click the link on the same browser as you're accessing your email. So for example, if you access your email from you phone, that go to www.columbiaridge.ca/login from your phone and request the password reset from there, so that you stay in the same browser.
